Description

The PrintMeister Fibre Laser Marker is a powerful and reliable industrial laser marking system designed for permanent coding and engraving on metal surfaces. Operating at a wavelength of 1064 nm (near infrared), it delivers highly efficient energy absorption on metals, enabling fast, precise, and durable marking results.

Built around a galvanometer scanning system and F-Theta lens, the laser beam is precisely directed to create high-resolution marks at exceptional speeds. This makes it ideal for production environments where accuracy and throughput are critical.

Available in power options ranging from 20W to 100W, the system can be configured for a wide variety of industrial applications. The optional MOPA fibre laser technology (adjustable pulse width from 2–200 ns) further enhances flexibility, enabling both deep engraving and fine, high-contrast surface marking. This includes black marking on stainless steel and clean white marking on anodised aluminium.

The PrintMeister Fibre Laser Marker is widely used for permanent identification and traceability, offering excellent readability even for small QR codes and micro text. Its non-contact marking process ensures no consumables, minimal maintenance, and a long operational lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours.

Principle

The system uses a 1064 nm fibre laser wavelength, which is highly efficient for metal absorption. The laser beam is focused through a galvanometer scanning system and F-Theta lens, allowing fast and precise marking across the surface.
